Blood Frenzy. The hunger has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn’t have all its hit points.

Actions

Multiattack. The hunger makes one Claw attack and one Bite attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 5 (1d8) acid damage. In addition, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Agility saving throw, or any nonmagical armor worn by the target is partly corroded and takes a permanent and cumulative −1 penalty to the AC it offers. The armor is destroyed if the penalty reduces its AC to 10.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) acid damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Endurance saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. A paralyzed target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a target’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the hunger’s Claws for the next 24 hours.
