Capacitor. Whenever the sorcerer succeeds on a saving throw against a spell, or another creature misses it with a spell attack, it regains a number of magicka points equal to the level of the spell cast (1 point for cantrips).


Power Overwhelming (3/Day). Once per turn, when the sorcerer damages a creature with an attack or spell, it can deal an additional 18 (4d8) force damage to that creature.

Sorcery. The sorcerer has 10 more magicka points than normal (included in the Spellcasting action). However, when the sorcerer finishes a long rest, it only regains half of the magicka points it expended before resting.
Actions
Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.


Stormbolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 4) thunder damage.

Shocks. The sorcerer shoots a 15 foot long, 5 foot wide of electricity out of its palm in a direction it chooses. Each creature in that line must succeed on a DC 16 Agility saving throw, or lose 1 magicka point if it has any and takes 7 (2d6) lightning damage.

Spellcasting. The sorcerer casts one of the following spells, using Willpower as the spellcasting attribute (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). The sorcerer is a 13th level spellcaster and has 63 magicka points:

At will: mage light, minor illusion, prestidigitation
Apprentice (3 magicka): crystal shards, disintegrate weapon, thunderwave, soul trap
Expert (5 magicka): absorb magicka (cast at 4th level), bolt escape, cone of cold shattering prison
Master (7 magicka): chain lightning, fire storm
Bonus Actions
Equilibrium (1/Day). The sorcerer regains 14 (4d6) hit points or magicka points.
