Actions

Multiattack. The hunger makes two Claw attacks, one Tongue attack, and uses its Bile Retch, if available.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage, plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.

Tongue. The hunger targets one Large or smaller creature that it can see within 20 feet of it. The target must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the target is pulled into an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the hunger and takes 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. The target’s hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken, and the hunger regains hit points equal to that amount. The reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0. On a successful save, the creature isn’t moved, takes half damage, and its hit point maximum isn’t reduced.

Bile Retch. The hunger spews acidic bile in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that cone must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Bonus Actions

Teleport. The hunger teleports, along with anything it is carrying, to an unoccupied space within 60 feet that it can see.
