Soul Collector. If the harvester kills a creature, its soul is stolen by the harvester. Until the harvester is slain, the creature cannot be revived by any means short of a wish spell.


Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the harvester fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Actions
Multiattack. The harvester makes three Chasten attacks, or two Claw attacks.


Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage.

Chasten. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 5) necrotic damage, and the target's speed is halved until the end of the target's next turn.

Creeping Winter (Recharge 5-6). The harvester targets up to three creatures that it can see within 60 feet of it. Each creature must make a DC 18 Agility saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 22 (4d10) cold damage and is restrained until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't restrained.

Spellcasting. The harvester casts one of the following spells, requiring no spell components and using Personality as the spellcasting attribute (spell save DC 18):

At will: minor illusion, silent image
1/Day Each: dominate person, major image, summon daedra
Legendary Actions
The harvester can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The harvester regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.


Attack. The harvester makes a Claw or Chasten attack.

Rend Soul. The harvester targets one creature it can see within 5 feet of it that has 0 hit points and is still alive. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Personality saving throw against this magic or die. If the target dies, the harvester gains 18 (4d8) temporary hit points.

The Feast (Costs 2 Actions). The harvester forces one creature that it can see within 60 feet of it to succeed on a DC 18 Endurance saving throw, or take 26 (4d12) necrotic damage. If the creature fails the saving throw, four Small floating orbs (AC 10; 1 hit point) will appear in unoccupied spaces at least 30 feet away from the harvester, and will move 30 feet towards the harvester at the start of its next turn. If an orb touches the harvester, it regains 6 (1d12) hit points. If an orb is destroyed, the creature targeted by this legendary action regains 6 (1d12) hit points.
