Lightning Absorption. Whenever the dreugh is subjected to lightning damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the lightning damage dealt.

Limited Amphibiousness. The dreugh can breathe air and water, but it needs to be submerged at least once every 4 hours to avoid suffocating.

Actions

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) slashing damage.

Ink Cloud (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). A 5-foot-radius cloud of ink extends all around the dreugh if it is underwater. The area is heavily obscured for 1 minute, although a significant current can disperse the ink. After releasing the ink, the dreugh can use the Dash action as a bonus action.
