Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the titan fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The titan makes three attacks: one with its Bite and two with its Claws, or it makes three Scourge Bolt Attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) cold damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.

Scourge Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +11 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) cold damage.

Cold-Flame Breath (Recharge 5-6). The titan exhales cold-flames in an 60-foot line that is 15 feet wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Agility saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, the ground within that area burns with cold-flames until the start of the titan's next turn. Any creature in contact with the ground that enters that area for the first time on a turn, or starts its turn there takes 10 (3d6) cold damage.
Legendary Actions
The titan can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The titan regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Titan's Rage. Cold-fire ignites on the ground in a 20-foot radius centered on a point the titan can see within 120 feet of itself. Any creature that ends its turn in the area takes 10 (3d6) cold damage. The cold-fire lasts for 10 minutes or until the titan uses this legendary action again.

Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The titan makes a Claw or Scourge Bolt attack.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The titan beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the titan must succeed on a DC 19 Agility saving throw or take 13 (2d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The titan can then fly up to half its flying speed.
