Entropic Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) lightning damage.

Envelop (1/Day). The banekin creates a ball of lightning that shocks all creatures within 10 feet of it. Any creature that is within that area must succeed on a DC 12 Agility saving throw or take 4 (1d8) lightning damage and be dazed until the start of its next turn, or half as much damage and not be stunned on a successful save.
