Grappler. The bandit neckbreaker has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.

Multiattack. The bandit makes two Unarmed Strike attacks. If both attacks hit the same creature, the target is grappled (escape DC 13) if it is Medium or smaller, and the bandit can use Chokehold on it.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Chokehold. The bandit initiates a Strength contest with a creature that it is grappling. If the bandit wins the contest, the target takes 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and becomes restrained and can't breathe or speak until the grapple ends. Until the grapple ends, the target takes 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage at the start of each of the bandit's turns. The bandit can't make attacks while grappling a creature in this way.

Block. The bandit adds +2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the bandit must see the attacker and have at least one hand unoccupied, or it must be grappling a creature.
