Exorcist

An order whose purpose is to cleanse the souls of others, the guardians of the Temple Outposts, or Exorcists, are called to expel the unholy and banish any and all evil. Exorcists predominantly focus their ire towards ghosts, spirits, fey, and the undead, and tend to have a close working relationship with their Witch-Hunter compatriots due to the connection between mages and these types of creatures.

Golem Companion

3rd-level Rector feature

You can magically summon a metal gear golem that serves you. As an action, you can summon the golem, which appears in an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you.

The golem is friendly to you and your companions and obeys your commands. See its game statistics in the Golem Companion stat block, which uses your proficiency bonus (PB) in several places. You can determine the clockwork characteristics of the golem such as its color, gear texture, or any visible effect of its abilities; your choice has no effect on its game statistics.

In combat, the golem shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only action it takes on its turn is the Dodge action, unless you take a bonus action on your turn to command it to take another action. That action can be one in its stat block or some other action. If you are incapacitated, the golem can take any action of its choice, not just Dodge.

Once you summon the golem, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend 2 magicka to summon it.

The golem remains for a number of hours equal to your proficiency bonus, until it is reduced to 0 hit points, until you use this feature to summon the golem again, or until you die. Anything the golem was wearing or carrying is left behind when the golem vanishes.

Arm Cannon (Improved Design Only). The golem shoots energy in a line that is 15 feet long and 5 feet wide. Profession Spells

3rd-level Rector feature

You learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Rector Spells table. Each spell counts as a votary spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of votary spells you know.

9th remove curse
13th control water

Improved Design

7th-level Rector feature

You improve upon the design of your golem in some fashion. When you summon your golem, choose one of the following benefits. The golem retains this benefit for the duration of its summoning. You can choose a different improvement each time you summon the golem, but it cannot have more than one improvement at a time.

Arm Cannon. The golem gains the use of its arm cannon attack.

Hardened Plating. The golem’s total hit points increases by 1 for each votary level you gain.

Integrated Tool. The golem gains one tool proficiency of your choice. This tool is integrated into its body, and you double your proficiency bonus for any attribute checks the golem makes with it. The golem must have its hands free to use this integrated tool.

Improved Defenses. The golem gains a +1 bonus to its AC. At 20th level, its bonus to its AC becomes a +2.

Improved Weaponry. The golem’s damage die increases to a d8, and deals damage of one type of your choosing: bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing. It gains an appropriate weapon embedded into its frame in order to facilitate this attack.

Powerful Build. The golem’s size increases to Medium, and it counts as one size larger when determining its carrying capacity and the weight it can push, drag, or lift.

Telescoping Appendages. The golem’ reach increases by 5 feet, which increases both its slam attack and its protection reaction.

When you reach 15th level, when you summon the golem, you can choose two of these improvements instead of one.

Combat Therapist

15th-level Rector feature

During a short or a long rest, you can take a moment with a friendly creature to talk to them about their fears, worries, injuries, and so forth, in an attempt to alleviate them of these stressors.

For the next 24 hours, or until the next long rest, whichever comes first, the friendly creature has advantage on death saving throws, and saving throws to resist poison, charm, and fear effects.

Only one creature can gain the benefits of this feature, and once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you start your next long rest.

Animator

20th-level Rector feature

You learn the animate objects spell, which doesn’t count against your total known spells list. You can cast this spell once without expending magkica, and you can’t do so again until you finish a short or a long rest.
